Chocolate Melting & Dispensing Machine

These are the basic machines required for a Chocolate manufacturing Unit which we manufacture.

  1. Melting Vessel: (Refer the enclosed Drg) 

It has a double jacketed cylindrical vessel-conical at the bottom portion made out of SS 304. The volume of the inner vessel is 10 or 3 lire capacity as per your choice. The water jacket is 25mm in which the outermost insulation jacket is also 25mm. Inlet and outlets are provided to the water jacket. Water Heater/s are provided in this vessel. A suitable pump is provided for the water for circulation. Temperature Indicator cum Controller is also provided. Based on the temperature setting, the controller will control the temperature of the water and hence the chocolate. The agitator driven by a suitable geared motor agitates the chocolate and makes it uniform. A SS Ball Valve provided to drain out the liquid chocolate.

  1. Filling Machine: This is a pneumatically operated piston filler machine for filling the exact quantity of molten chocolate into the moulds. Electronic Controller is provided for controlling the functions of the Filling machine. The quantity (within range) can be adjusted mechanically. Foot Switch and Push-button switch is provided to start the filling operation. The quantity of doze is designed as per requirement. Compressed Air is required for running this machine. The chocolate comes out of the nozzle. The person holds the tray (8) so that it gets filled in the cavity of the mould. 

This machine is coupled at the bottom of the Melting machine to save the space also the chocolate does not get cold.

  2. 3 kg details (Economical) Starters Model

  1. Vibrator: A plate of size 300 X 600 mm is provided with a vibration table. The frequency is about 20 strokes per minute.
  1. C sealer: Some of the prime chocolates are to be wrapped with decorative Aluminum foil and after wrapping the 3 sides are to be sealed. Hence, a Foot Sealer of size 12” is provided for sealing lamination bags.
  1. Chocolate Slab Cutter: It is difficult to cut the slabs into pieces which can be put into the vessel for melting. This has a stand having a sharp cutter blade. The foot pedal is provided to the blade which exerts good force for cutting. The blade needs sharpening/replacement.
